Not opening the attached file

    Hello. When i click on the attached file, a new page opens but instead of the attached pdf, it reloads the product page. Woocommerce logs are empty.

    This type of issue might be related to the theme or site specific.

    It would be good to share the system report to troubleshoot your query.

    For System Report go to Woocommerce > Status > Logs > copy and paste it here.

    the plugin has been working 2 years now with no problem. with the same theme, Avada. Suddenly, stopped working. here is the only file from the log

    Thanks for sharing the change log but there is no log found related to our plugin files.
