• I think the review title really says it all….

    This plugin has never offered any user support. Look through the forums and never once has anyone had any problems fixed. This mixed with the fact the plugin has some major bugs… makes me say… its useless for most practical situations.

    While I had time to build the plugin and create a few updates here and there, I largely do not have the time to provide free support to the community (Quite unfortunately).

    It does however work for many people and I get many emails from users who love it.

    I’m in the midst of a rewrite, which will hopefully resolve many of the bugs. However, the way WordPress menus and themes work makes it hard to support all possible themes.

    I’ve been using this plugin and experienced no problems. Brandon’s website shows that he is an active developer in the community and a serious professional. I was just reading through his blog. I think with free stuff it’s up to us, the web designers, to test things out and make sure it works the way we need it to and NOT put the burden on the plug-in author to help us with issues unless we are willing to pay for that help. Some plug-in authors might not provide paid support either. They are within their rights to NOT offer support IMHO. Cheers to you Brandon. I am using this plug-in in VERY practical situations and have no complaints or bugs to report.
