Not Mobile Responsive

  • I’m having trouble with this plugin being mobile responsive. Main view of portfolio is resizing properly, but when you click on any image inside of the portfolio it opens to a huge size lightbox that I have to swipe multiple times to get to the opposite side of the image.

    Also, images that are portrait orientation are not being resized on both mobile and laptop. Image extends well beyond the bottom of the screen and requires scrolling to get to bottom.

    Final thing for now, I’m uploading 4×3 ratio images, but the thumbnails are 1×1 ratio and my images are being squished into this ratio rather than cropped. It looks terrible.

    I thought the paid personal version would allow for all this customization, but I’m feeling disappointed and not happy with the results I’m experiencing.

  • I’m experiencing the similar mobile responsive issue: when you click on any image of the portfolio it opens a pop up and it’s nearly impossible to close the pop-up image.

    In addition I’m disappointed with the support I’m getting. I’ve submitted two questions 2 and 3 days ago and no response yet…

    Was considering purchasing this but viewed the sample on my phone and saw it didn’t work well. When I read this and see no help nor response after 2 weeks I’m glad I saved my money today.

    Dear JZmuda17 on which view the popup is so large that you need to scroll it?
    And if you uploaded image 3×4, but element size is 1×1 it will make your image 1×1, you need to set element size to 3×4 as well
