• …or at least in my experience. I ran this on a site for many months until I noticed that we were having issues with mobile browsing (and, funnily, IE on desktop). These viewers weren’t getting an up to date version of our site. It routinely lagged behind by around 12-14 hours.

    Clearing the cache, using the top-of-page button provided as part of the app, cleared the issue immediately but had to be done every time we posted a new article. Which kind of defeats the purpose of a cache. No other caching software was running, though there’s always the possibility of a clash with another plug-in.

    As I said, this _only_ affected mobile browsers and IE. Oher desktop browsers had no issues.
