The problem here is that the form sends its data from your nice, secure page to https://www.mlcalc.com/mortgage-rates/ for processing. This means anyone can get that data.

Unfortunately, you can’t just “fix” the form because the target website doesn’t have a valid SSL certificate — anyone sending their data there will get a bigger, scarier message about that.

Best find another solution, I’d suggest.
