not logging the changes

    The plugin should catch all following changes. There can however be compatiblity issues with plugins or other extensions. Do you have any plugins installed that modify the editor behavior? Also, does your SEO team edit the regular build in fields in WordPress like title and content, or do they edit any other SEO plugin specific fields?
