"Not logged in" on Chrome

Using v2.1.3 on Chrome 38.0.2125.101 m
I’m unable to make any Facebook comment on my site.
At first I’m presented with the “logged out” instance of facebook comments even though I am logged into FB on the browser.
When attempting to comment I am logged in but no comment is made.
Further attempts to comment are ignored except for a little loading animation on the FB comments box.
When trying to change who I am logged in as by clicking “change” I am presented with a “Not logged in” window.

I have tested this on Firefox, and though I was not logged in initially like Chrome I was able to successfully comment.
