not log in via WP or other plugins

    Hi,
    If I remember well, I yhink in the previous version (less than 3.0) when I register/login via WordPress or WooCommerce, and then I was going to [supportcandy] page, I did not need to enter username and password, however now (after ver. 3.0), although I logged in via WooCommerce, when I go to ticket page for the first time in the same browser, I have to enter username and password.

    Please let me know should I do some configuration?

    I guess my browser had cache from previous, and now it is solved.
