not loading on comment page

It is not loading and I don’t see any information anywhere about how to load it. The video does not provide any information about how to get it into your pages where you want it to appear. Merely checking the check-boxes as indicated in the video does nothing.

Next time you make a video, it would be much more helpful if you would please include all the steps until the item is actually functioning where a person wants it to function, instead of stopping the video before the end of the process.
