Not loading images anymore after latest w3 total chache upgrade

Your a3 Lazy Load worked really good, but today I upgraded w3 total chache to the latest version 0.9.5 and ever since the images do not load anymore. I tried everything. Also when I fetch as google-boot the images do noch show anymore.

For sure it has more to do with the version 0.9.5 of w3 total chache, but as it efects your plugin, I wanted to mention it here.
