Not loading any resource file after update to 3.9.2

After update to wordpress 3.9.2 i have really some problems. These problems are in the backend but also in the front end. The site is https://www.pietersmedia.nl. I make use of the Avada theme. At this moment all plugins are disabled.

The problems which I see in front end after the update:
– My whole site layout is damaged. I think it has something to do with loading all resource files (js, css, and image files). Check the error console that will show up all errors of missing resource files.

Also there are many problems in my back end (admin environment):
– all image thumbnails (in media library) are blank. I can’t see any image.
– also my visual editor is not working
– my avada theme options panel is not properly showing because off javascript is not properly loaded.

I spend many hours to search forums, master list and the codex. But nothing solved my problem. Also tried to deactivate all plugins empty the cache, reinstall the new version via ftp. Also tried script debugging. But no result. It seems to be a script loading issue. Or something with a changed path location… But I have no clue where to search…
