    Ok, had a look at the video. I would guess that you are getting a JavaScript error on your WordPress dashboard that’s causing this to happen.

    Press CTRL + SHIFT + J keys together to show the JavaScript console (on Chrome and Firefox) and hopefully this might shed some light.
