Not Live Fallback on iOS

  • We have a button on our homepage that launches a modal window that shows our Livestream, when it is Live, otherwise I’m using the “Not Live” fallback settings to show a message that there is no live content right now. This works fine on desktop, but on my iPhone 13 XS Max, it is showing the black “this video is unavailable” screen. How doe I get the fallback to work on my iPhone (I don’t have an Android to test)?
