I’ve set up a Simple Portfolio gallery with General>Thumbnail Link set to “Not linked.”

When the gallery is displayed, each thumbnail is clickable. If you click a thumbnail, the screen darkens and the loading symbol comes up. Nothing else happens, there is no larger image displayed.

Does anyone know how to make it so that the thumbnails are not clickable? Essentially I want a non-interactive gallery, just a grid of thumbnail images.

    Hi @aaron843

Kindly share a link to a page containing the gallery so that I can test this out from my end before I can advise further. Thanks in advance for doing so.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.

Okay great! Once we have a solution, depending on what it is, perhaps it should be posted here so others can be helped.

Were you able to find a solution to this?

    Hi @aaron843

I have been able to view the support ticket you opened with us and just realized that the response that was sent by one of our support agents to your email bounced! I have just discovered it in the folder that bounced emails are redirected to.

    This was their message:

“I have checked the page, and it looks like another Lightbox feature is causing this behavior.

I can see that you have another Lightbox plugin installed on your site, which is the Responsive Lightbox. See: https://share.getcloudapp.com/z8ul76AK

If it’s currently active, please try deactivating it, and see if that makes a difference.

Let us know how it goes.”

Unfortunately, I am unable to view the page you shared with us to confirm this since I can see that it is in development mode when I loaded the link.

With that said, kindly try out the solution they gave (which is above) and let me know if it works.

    Kind regards,
    Elvis.

Thanks! That makes sense and fixed it. I have the plugin “Asset clean up” installed which allowed me to turn off that lightbox on the particular page.
