Not Lazy Load first 10 comments

Hi there.

Just wondering if there was functionality for Lazy Load for Comments to show the first “n” number of comments, then have the rest lazy loaded. E.g. Let
‘s say you have 500 comments on a post. If you set the “n” to 10, then it would show the first 10 top level comments (not lazy loaded) and then have the option to load the rest of the comments (on click or on scroll) – so essentially the last 490 would be lazy loaded.

I understand there is a filter on the plugin page to stop lazy loading when a post has less than so many comments (the llc_can_lazy_load_minimum_count filter). But I want even those pages with lots of comments to not lazy load the first 10 or so.

Is there functionality for this, or some way to adapt that filter?
