Not intuitively obvious to the most casual observer

The free version is very skimpy, but LOADED with ads, but the real issue is it doesn’t document very well how the plugin should be used. And it doesn’t work if the user follows the documents that are provided. Fine, it’s free, I’ll either figure it out or buy the Advanced version.
So, I buy the Weather-Master Advanced, remove the previous version and install the Advanced version. I’m thinking this is going to be great. But when the plugin installs it gives an update message. However, at first, the Addons are “installed”, then after the update the Addons are back to being “uninstalled”. I tried twice. This is strange for an update for an Advanced version losing its Advanced status after an update especially when they claim and advertise a”website clean of errors and conflicts…“. I wanted to send in a support ticket, but that seems to be really difficult too, it doesn’t work, even after registering, I haven’t got an email reply to my register yet, but it is Sunday. However, I just bought it today, Sunday, and the sale went through just fine.
What should I expect, anyway. I’d like to expect a purchased plugin to work the first time, a lot of them do. Found out my email got stuck in the mail server.
Okay, after working with the maker of Weather Master and my changing my theme I am able to say that the plugin works as advertised, and pretty good at that. Looks good on the page as a map. I have not tried it as a widget. I had to download the plugin again and cut and paste the key even though the key was already listed in its text box from the previous attempt (something was interfering.)
I continue to complain that the documentation is lacking, regardless of a supposed comment by Elon Musk, paraphrasing, “If you have to document a system then it is broken.” Very hard to believe that Space X doesn’t have a ton of SOPs lying around.
Anyway, this Advanced plugin is a buy.
