Not installed … yet backing up?

    I recently migrated a site from A2 to Dreamhost using site migrator.

    Updraft does NOT appear in my list of installed plugins. But There is a folder wp-content/plugins/updraftplus. (And there are no settings for it.)

    Yet looking at my G Drive backup folder, and the logs at wp-content/updraft, I see backups are continuing to occur.

    How is this possible?

    Should I re-install the plugin? Will my settings be preserved?

    Hi,

    The plugin may have been corrupted.
    Please can you re-install the plugin? You will need to delete the “updraftplus” folder in the “plugins” folder first and re-install. You will not lose your backups in the process.

    Likely (based on past experience) you have another copy of the site somewhere else.
