Not Inserting into Database

Can you please check if :
1. tables are created successfully in the database
2. there are any error’s in the browser’s console.

Table are created in database But in the browser when we submit the values are not submitted.

What error you are seeing when you submit the form?

Actually i added the Advanced Email subscriber plugin and then it went fine.
