Unfortunately, I purchased this plugin although I had reservations. I sent a pre sale question and never got a response. That was not a good sign, but since the plugin has a money back guarantee, I decided to give a try anyway.
After working to get the plugin set up the last several hours, I’m really disappointed. I’ve set up my Paypal API and yet no option to pay when viewing invoice in portal.
And, more than that, the invoice looks terrible when viewed online. Very small black text that isn’t even readable. I’ve read the available documentation and have found nothing that addresses my issues or offers any help at all.
Disappointed and hope my refund request is honored.
I sent an email about 8 hours ago requesting a refund. Hopefully, the money back guarantee will be honored.
