Not impressed

We are not big fans of extensive customization options. Our focus is more on providing multiple styles than on throwing a few poorly designed controls at our users and then give them endless and distracting customization options. Besides, if you want to customize, it takes just a hour of learning to use Browser Dev Tools to customize any controls through simple Custom CSS. Honestly, it will save your time searching through endless maze of options.

The addons world is hopelessly polluted with these customization options IMO. For example, I checked Elementor PRO price table addon. This single control has a total of 20 (Twenty) customization options for COLOR alone. And then there are countless customization options for Margin, Padding, Typography (7 of them oh my), Position, Background, Width, Distance, Box Shadow, Border, Border Radius, Border Color, Divider Style, Divider Weight, Divider Gap and whatever else I missed. I would just throw up looking at them and is a maintenance nightmare for developers. I have no illusions of providing them to you and expecting you to be smart enough to come up with that perfect looking price table. I have great respect for developers of Elementor but it is disappointing to see their valuable time being wasted in development and maintenance of these customization options.

Patrick – Based on the feedback we received from you and a few others using our plugin, we are adding few customization options and you should see an update tomorrow.

While I am not a fan of these options, we will find a middle ground on this. I don’t see an issue with adding typography options at least – should not affect the multiple styles and dark version we have implemented for our modules. Pls stay tuned. Thank you.

Have released an update with extensive customization options for all addons including those which are exclusive to PRO version. It look a little longer than I expected but it is finally here.

@livemesh I completely agree with your sentiment on this topic. The endless customization options in Elementor has proven to be a real pain to work with. Having a more template-like approach would be way more useful. Your response on this review has made me decide to give your plugin a serious try. We seem to be on the same wavelength.
