Not importing user contacts

Hi,
WordPress social login plugin is not importing user contacts from facebook or google. In the contacts tab it’s showing no contacts found for a user even if contacts are there for the user in facebook. Could you please explain how to retrieve user contacts from facebook, google, twitter..
