Not Importing Slider or creating new slider

  • This is a WPMU site. It was just duplicated from energyfaekids.org which has a working slider. IN fact all the duplicates have worked previously. But since 5.2.2 it does not work. It will not allow me to create one and it will not allow me import one.

    Hi jeshl, I’m not familiar with WPMU, even if Crelly Slider shouldn’t be affected by the service you use to manage your site. Could you try to create a slider and report me the exact error you see in the Javascript console? In order to do that, you need go to the slider’s backend interface, open the javascript console (on Chrome, right click everywhere -> inspect -> console) and then create a new slider. You should see an error message appearing in the console.
