    In the product image it said “downoading in progress but it is like that forever” never downloading images…

    So it’s an important bug….It’s a pity because otherwise the plugin seems to work

    I couldn’t post a message on the support topic, that’s why I post it here. Maybe it is my mistake or maybe there is an easy way to make it work. In that case please tell me and I will change the review for a 5-star one because that is the only thing not working but that is the main thing…

    1. Please let me know: is there any product image imported or no images are imported at all?
    2. Please make sure wp cron is working on your site.
    You can make a simple test: Schedule to publish a post in about 10 minutes and check back after 10 minutes to see that post is published.
    Please try it and let me know.

    Hi,

    1. It seems all the products are imported but only 4 images are imported, other product just diplay an image with some text saying it is being imported…
    I have around 20 products

    2. Yes wp cron is working, I tried yesterday to do a schedue post and it works.

    Is there a notice in admin panel that says “Import Shopify to WooCommerce: Product images are being downloaded in the background…”?

    If yes please click cancel downloading.

    It only takes several minutes to complete importing 20 products including images even if each product has 100 variations.

    I think at the time of downloading there was that kind of message. But it is gone now, I cannot find it anywhere.

    I cannot cancel downloading because it is done already long time ago and it said successful even if almost all product picture display “product picture is being download”.

    And if I try to import again it will just say that everything was already import so I cannot import again…

    So what could be the problem and how to solve this ?

    You can import products again after you remove all imported products and Delete import history of Products and products category.

    I update the plugin and I have done it again as on your screenshot but still not working at all…Still saying “PRODUCT PICTURE IS BEING DOWNLOAD”

    It seems that the plugin is just not working, or you do that on purpose because it is the featured picture that is “PRODUCT PICTURE IS BEING DOWNLOAD” so if it’s a bug it is very strange…

    I just don’t know what causes your problem because i’m unable to check it.

    Maybe you should give this a try: create a test site where you use default theme and activate only WooCommerce and this plugin to import products again.

    Hi,

    Yes on the video it seems awesome but on my side it is not working. Maybe you are right but i also tried with default theme and no active plugin and not working either, so I really don’t know what the problem can be…
    If you want I can give you access to my site so that you can check if it’s a bug of your plugin or not ?

    Hi,

    Ok. I realize there is a “error image” section and it seems it ask to pay to get other images.

    Are you sure you didn’t do that on purpose so that we have to pay just to get other images ? (because if it is the case then we don’t need to go further as it is probably not a bug but made on purpose)

    And if your problem is error downloading images, all error images will show in the “error images” section. Do you have any? I will make that function available for free version if that can solve your problem.

    I’ve just added the function to download error images. Please update plugin to use it.

    In the green download button there is a “circle” running very long but when it’s finished nothing happen
