    Hi @parale3000

If only some of your products are missing from your Facebook shop, then this may be due to some of your products being out of stock or being virtual products.

Out of stock products are not synced to Facebook. As such, if some but not all of your products have synced to Facebook, filter your list of products by stock status to determine how many products are currently out of stock in your store (os how many are in stock) to see if this number matches the number of items that are missing from your Facebook catalog.

Virtual products are not allowed as part of Facebook’s e-commerce policy, and therefore can’t be shown on your Facebook shop. As such, you will notice that any virtual products your store has won’t be synced to Facebook.

thank you, all products are in stock and we don’t have any virtual products. I’ve seen a lot of people having the same problem, was there a solution to it?

Can you please check to see if there are any exclusions listed at WooCommerce > Facebook > Product sync

You will also want to make sure that on each product the sync is set correctly as shown here:

Navigate to the Facebook tab for simple products or the Variations tab for variable products to manage Facebook settings.

Are there any errors or fatal errors showing at WooCommerce>Status>logs in the dropdown that are recent to when you tried to sync products?

thank you for the fast reply, indeed there is an error “Cannot create the API instance because the access token is missing.’

i have checked facebook and it shows the connection and also in the options of the plugin it shows the catalogue number and pixel.

what can i do to fix it? your help is much appreciated.
