Not importing All Fields

    Good day

    I have a CSV file containing over 500 user details.
    The import works for some fields but not for others.

    Example:
    I have the following fields set up in WP Ultimate Members Plugin:
    username, user email, first name, last name, stage_name_band_name, description, City, secondary_user_email, mobile_number, phone_number, major_events, performer status, permalink, experience province, performer_type.

    I’ve set up my CSV file up with the same headers. Only the “username”, “user email” and “description” fields are importing. The rest of the field are left blank. I’ve tried renaming the headers in a variety of different way but I get the same result all the time.

    Could you possibly advise what I need to do to import all the fields?

    Note that some of the fields are taxonomy fields created using custom post types (drop-down and multiple select).

    Good afternoon @brendanm1,

    As this plugin title says this is used to import users and their metadata. If you want to import any other kind of data, created by other plugins or with a different structure than the standard metada, tell us and we prepare it.

    But yes, as this would be a personal feature, you will need to pay the develop.

    I do understand that. I’ll need to check with my client to see if they are willing to pay for the development. Could you give me an idea of want it would cost?

    • Plugin used
    • Which data needs to be imported
    • Which is the structre of this data
