Not happy – won’t do business with again

Tried to get this plugin working, even had a support call with a rep that took an hour and couldn’t get it to connect and work correctly. I tested all other connections and all worked fine leaving the issue to the plugin itself.

When trying to get a refund I’m simply harrassed by their support and they claim the will not give one, even though I’m not 100% happy with the unworking plugin which is stated in their plugin itself if not happy and or it’s not working.
