    So I installed the plug in – easy – and integrated it with my gravity forms.
    HOWEVER I clearly didn’t do something right, because four payments I received did not land in my Stripe account.
    I was disappointed that the only way to get proper support is to pay for it. The support pages do not help me understand what went wrong.
    So now I’ve simply switched to a different plug in that works super-easily and without the need to pay to get the issue sorted out. Pretty disappointed, as now I have to go back to my clients and ask them to re-do their payments.

    I’m sorry to hear you had an issue — after 4+ years now, 99.9% of the time it’s a missed step from the Installation page or a missed troubleshooting step in the in-dashboard documentation.
