Not handling multiple quantities properly – same shipping cost as a single item

Thanks for the info. I could not replicate the issue. You can see in the following screenshots different prices for 1 and 10 quantities.

Can you enable the Debug Mode in the settings page of the plugin and add 10 quantity to the cart, then send me the debugging messages which will appear on the Cart page? If you prefer sending the messages privately please open a support ticket on https://wpruby.com/submit-ticket/

I had 4 items in the cart.

But increasing this to 10 items did increase the shipping cost, same as your screenshot.

So it looks like I was unaware that small multiples of an item have the same shipping cost as a single item. It is only larger multiples of an item that increase the shipping cost.

Yes, Australia Post has ranges of weight and dimensions that has the same shipping price.
