Maybe you can just use “Hassle-free implementation”

It is called adding a class variable to your fields. For example:

Instead of doing this:

[utm_source_i]<input type="hidden" name="field[12]" value="%s" data-name="utmsource">[/utm_source_i]

You will do this

<input type="hidden" name="field[12]" value="%s" data-name="utmsource" class="utm_source">
