Not grabbing thumbnail

Hello, sorry if this issue has already been addressed. I’m using the standard “Featured Image” hook. FVP seems to not be grabbing the thumbnails of youtube vids. Not sure about Vimeo. I have to manually place an image in there to get it to work, but thats not a total loss i guess, just wondering why its not working.
