Are you sure everything is set up correctly?
It is used in shops with thousands variation items and none issues like that were reported before.

Do you mean that your server is not capable of handling the website? If that’s the issue – let us know via [email protected], maybe we’ll be able to offer better hosting for same/similiar price.

We use jigoshop on multiple high traffic websites and the code was already optimised to serve them well. However, you can always be better in that and further improvements are on their way!

yes, i am sure setting correctly,
iam not talk about thousands variation.
i talk about high traffic and variation not match with price and overselling (limit = 1000, but sold more than 1000)

i dont think so.
host in aws
loadbalancer + some large servers + dedicated db server + dedicated mail server are not enough?

you can do stress test on your side, hundreds or thousands request in same time. you will know your system is good enough or not.

that was my fault that didn’t do stress test after choosing jigoshop

sorry, i give up using jigoshop, now i must face to new troubles here, my customers. i will do recall or something, i dont know. sigh..

That sounds really strange – we do host personally “high traffic” sites without issues.
I don’t want to influence your decission regarding e-commerce platform, but it would be good to see what is really happening on your installation.
If you can provide us your theme copy and jigoshop system info over [email protected] – that would be great!

I’m a Cisco and Redhat certified expert in infrastructure related matters.

We have done stress testing on the software and we know that with the proper configuration + hardware it can handle over 100000 simultaneous users. Most of the problems with performance are related to hardware, themes or functions used.

This sounds to me like either a bogus review or a result of configuration issues that have nothing to do with Jigoshop…
