Not Getting Uploaded File in Email

Hi,

I installed the plugin and created 2 fields, a date picker and a file upload, the date picker is working fine and we are receiving the set date in order emails.

However for the file upload, when uploading the file (frontend) the file is uploaded and order submitted successfully but we are not receiving the uploaded file in order emails, please see screenshot of the file upload configuration here https://prnt.sc/itxkqk
