Not getting thank you mail after submission

  • Hi,

    I am using cf7, after upgrading wordpress 3.5.2 to 3.9.2 form7 start giving me problem first i remove it from cpanel & install latest version but after that also thank you mail functionality (mail 2 option in form 7 page) not working admin only receive the mail but submitor of the form not getting thank you mail.

    Please reply for same on [ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ]
