Not getting support even if I payed for it

Well, this is a problem.
I put a ticket two weeks ago as premium customer, that means paid version of the product, and I’m not getting any support from the developer.
This happened also here before with a paid extension for the free version, wich gives you no right to premium support.
I have an angry customer waiting and it seems the developers are missing. I understand this in a free plugin but not in a commercial version. I’ve read in plugin’s website that there is other people in the same situation.
What’s going on?
