    I am not getting the support I paid for. I have had the plugin for 30 days and emailed with support many times but the plugin still isnt working. How do I get a refund on this plugin? Today is the 30th day I have had it so I should be able to get at refund. Please let me know how to get a refund.

    There must be some misunderstanding here because if you have reached us, then you should be getting a response from us within 24 hours (on weekdays). If you haven’t heard back from us, there could be reasons such as the response going to Spam, or the email you provided on our support ticket being incorrect.

    We really want all our users to be able to use the plugin to grow their business.

    If you want a refund, that is fine. We understand. But that will be handled via our support. This forum is for free users only. So please email us directly with details on what issues you are facing and your request. Then we will help you out promptly.

    No, I have gotten some responses but it isnt fixed and it has been 30 days. I got a email one time that said the reason they didnt reply because of being sick. So the whole support team was sick? I also gave access to my site and support claim they couldnt get in and I tried it and I was able to get in. Please refund my annual subscription. I just emailed this request too.

    FYI, we assign dedicated support agents to assist each of our users to avoid confusion and maintain high-quality communication. Since she was personally trying to help you, she was honest about her situation, but it appears you took it in a rather negative way. It was never our intention to avoid offering support.

    We always try to provide high-quality support. But I’m sure there was some sort of misunderstanding that led to this right now.

    Anyways, we are really sorry that things didn’t work out for you with our plugin. We will try to improve from our end, and hopefully, in the future, you may consider using our plugin again.
