not getting subsriber in my mailchimp

after installing this plugin i successfully setup the API and select the required Mailchimp list in Woocommerce >> settings >> Mailchimp. but not getting subscribers on my mailchimp account. orders are submitting to my woo-commerce successfully.

i made these settings in Woocommerce >> settings >> Mailchimp:
1: API
2: Enable/Disable: checked
3: Main List: selected the one i need
4: Interest Groups: This list does not have interest groups enabled
5: Subscribe Event: Order Created (i test it with Order Processing + Order Completing as well)
6: Double Opt-In: Unchecked (i test it with checked as well)
7: Subscribe Customer: Automatically (i tested it with Ask permission but it is not sending verification email to subsriber)

please help me to find the issue.
