Not getting pagination

Hi,

It uses amount of events (posts) set in Settings > Reading and you can overwrite this via the shortcode. Example:

[vsel posts_per_page=3]

I’m a little confused with your pagination feature. I thought that by clicking on “Next”, it’ll display the next event in my list, within the widget.

I set it to [vsel posts_per_page=4] and when I click on Next, it’s moving my entire page to next page 2 (ie https://oliom.com/blog/page/2/) but the event within the widget remains the same and doesn’t display the next event. check it out https://oliom.com/blog/

I’m trying to let my visitors view/browse my events within widget by clicking on Next. May be this is not how you intended…

You’re right… you’ve found a bug ??
The pagination in widget is not working like it should be. I’m gonna work on it and will keep you informed.

After some reseach I think it’s impossible to solve this. Why? Because the widget uses the same shortcode as page. I can create jquery pagination for widget (in that case clicking next/prev link will not redirect you to another page) but this creates a conflict when using the shortcode on a page as well. Don’t want conflicts, it should work flawless. So.. I guess the only solution right now is to hide the pagination in widget. Maybe I will find a solution in the future but right now I don’t have a clue how to solve this ??

Too bad… Unfortunately I will remove the pagination from widget.

But in next update I will add features for multi day event and single event display.

No, I’m not gonna add pagination in the widget again because of the conflicts it creates when using the event list on a page as well. Did not find a solution yet. Sorry.
