On my webpage where I use a Weform, when I get a submission, I can see it in the list of submissions, but I never get an email notification about it.
I have followed all the instructions to set it up provided by Weforms. I am able to receive email to the email address I’m setting up, so I know I can, but never get the notification about that form unless I go hunt for in in “entries”.

Where exactly do you put the email address? In the “to” box, Do you delete the admin_email text between the brackets and insert it there, or do you insert it to the right of the brackets? I ihave tried both ways, to no success.

Need help on this problem please.

    Hello @susieque,

??Thank you for reaching out to support! You can just type the email in there and it will go out but one possible explanation for this could be related to your web server’s outgoing spam filter. weForms notifications use the standard PHPMailer function by default included in WordPress, which can sometimes cause your outbound messages to be treated as spam or not sent at all.

Hopefully setting up SMTP gets your notifications working as expected, are you able to share any bounce logs from the server? Or try to set up an SMTP plugin?

    Thanks
    Elana D.
