Not getting notification when someone posts

    Hello everyone,

    I’m using the plugin in my blog and it’s working great, however when someone posts, I’m not receiving any notification in my Facebook account. I followed this link:
    https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments/

    And added my account as moderator, but still nothing. What should I do to get notifications please? Does the plugin support this?

    Hi @sirhaver.

    The plugin inserts the FB comments iframe and it supports all the functionality of comments. The notifications are not part of our plugin and maybe there is an option that you need to activate on the FB admin side.

    Anyway, in this case, there is no action that you need to do on the plugin side.
