Not getting notification when a subscriber is added

  • In the Settings > Notifications, Admin Notification On New Subscription is set Yes, but I never get a notification when someone subscribes. (I do get a notification when a new user is added, so I know that it’s possible for me to get email notifications.)

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Do you use double opt-in?

    If so, when people confirmed their subscription only then admin will get email notification about it.

    Can you please check?

    On the Settings > General page, Opt-In Type is set to Double Opt-In. However, on the Notifications page, Welcome Email is set to No. Would that have any effect on the admin receiving a notification of the subscription? According to the text on the page, I really only need a Confirmation Email, which is being sent.
