Not getting mails from contact us form

Hello
I am not receiving emails from the Contact Us form. I have read up a lot from the internet about this problem and tried to troubleshoot it, but to no avail.
When I use the wordpress contact form, I get a message in the “feedback” section of my admin panel, but no email.
When I used WPForms plugin for the contact form, I did not get anything – no email, no message in the feedback section.I have installed WP-Mail-SMTP plugin for sending mails through SMTP. The test email from that plugin is working fine.
The Check Email plugin also sends mails without any issues.

hi @auludag, I did not receive the mail, but like I mentioned, it showed up in my feedback tab in the WP admin panel.
hi @wbcomdesigns, I’ve already installed WP-Mail-SMTP plugin so that mails are sent in SMTP, not PHP..a test mail from that plugin works fine
yes I have tried using a gmail address
