Not Getting emails of approve or not approved

Hi , I am using your plugin so when a new user registered, admin should be able to receive new user registration email and when admin approves or disapprove someone , user should be notified as well. I did all the settings but still not getting emails from any side.
Please check.And let me know how can i fix it?
