Not Getting Emails for Comments in Moderation

  • We have been receiving emails for comments being held in moderation fine, but suddenly, for one of the writers (we have two), they have stopped. For the other writer, they continue to be sent.

    The email address for the writer not receiving emails has not changed. The Discussion function is still set to send an email when a comment is made or one is being held in moderation. But, they are suddenly just not being sent.

    Any ideas?
