• I’ve used this plugin for a while and I decided recently to test if the emails get sent.

    I tested many times and looks like the emails are simply not arriving.
    I’ve tried creating a new contact form, I have even reinstalled the plugin.

    I don’t think I am doing anything wrong in this process as it is self explanatory.

    I don’t want to leave this plug in but I need it to be functional.

    Feedback appreciated.

  • Have a read of the FAQ here, assuming that you get “Your message was sent successfully” with green border after sending.

    Yes, I did get the green message. I had checked my junk mail too, but I’ll go log into the server and see what is going on there directly.

    No problem. Hope that you get this resolved.

    I’m also using this plugin and not receiving emails. It is a new install, and the form I set up is very basic. All fields should be fine, and I get the “Your message was sent successfully” with green border after sending.

    There are no SPAM filters on the email being used to receive the submissions, so no SPAM control is capturing them. They are just not coming through. Anything you can do to help?
