Not getting email address of Sender

  • I am new to wordpress and contact forms. I have looked at other topics on this and it doesn’t fix my issue.
    I receive the email but not with the senders email address. I then cannot contact them.
    This is what is in additional Headers: Reply-To: <[email-128]>
    This is the message body:

    From: [your-name] <[your-email]>

Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

    Any help would be appreciated
    Thank you

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Use the same snippet in the Reply-To:

    In your case, if [your-email] is used in form, use Reply-To: [your-email].

    Reply-To: is the address you will reply to, once you press Reply. Therefore, make sure it holds the same snippet that you use for where the person fills the contact form email field.
