not getting email

  • the form is not coming through to my email address. I get nothing after I submit a form. I’ve used this plug-in on a ton of sites and never had this problem. Does anyone know why this is happening? Ive deactivated and redownloaded the plug-in – I’ve tried everything. Amy words of advice would be very much appreciated!

    Let me add to that – it works fine if I leave it exactly as is… If I alter any field at all or add anything at all, it does not work….

    Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form plus all your input in the Form and Mail sections of the CF7 interface. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able to offer a possible solution.

    Not receiving email usually means your email is setup improperly. Contact Form 7 is only responsible for the To: From: and Subject: parts of the email. The rest is up to you including SMTP details, account management, and DNS / MX / SPF (if you use a custom domain).
