Not getting description

  • Hi I’m also having this problem, I thought it was because my custom post type was generated by Thecartpress and was hoping to use the answer to my other post in this forum to solve the issue but now I’m wondering if its something else causing the issue and this is more important to my site than my previous question so if anyone has any insight it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    @xkurts: Did you create a manual excerpt for the page in question? If not, could you give that a shot and then see if the issue persists?
