Not getting any email

    Hi.

    I just started out with WordPress and installed Astra, Elementor and Starter Templates to download Outdoor Adventure starter template. Doing that, I got the WPForms installed as it is used for the Contact page.

    I haven’t modified a single thing in the WPForms configuration and yet I don’t recieve any emails at all when I fill out the form. I have set the correct email address in WordPress>Settings>General. My email is a Gmail one if that matters.

    Hi @wallace97,

    Sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery!

    To troubleshoot the issue, you can check if your form notification settings are correct using our tutorial.

    If your notification settings are correct, the issue could be due to incorrect server settings, and/or strict email spam prevention settings that are wrongly detecting the notification emails as spam.

    To fix email delivery issues, you can configure a SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.
