I installed “Google site kit” and activated everything from it’s settings, also connected Search console with Google analytics (as “Google Site kit” failed to do it automatically).

I showed my site to some people from other countries (means they opened my site) on different days but GA didn’t showed their visits, however my android visits are appearing SOMETIMES (sometimes bcs i opened it for checking many times but analytics shows only 3 visits in 1 week).

Now I have added Google analytics – UA ( old version) also as i used to check AUDIENCE section which i was not getting here in GA4. Just now i opened site on ANDROID, GA4 shows no data in REALTIME while UA data showed my visit.

NOW HOW TO GET THE THINGS RIGHT? which one to check GA4 or UA. Also can i check whether site kit has installed “Tags”, tag manager or not?
(Note :- On same hosting, earlier i had different site(domain) & was using Google site kit & getting data successfully but then i deleted that domain & started with new domain like a clean slate, means installing all the plugins again.)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @mayank2021,

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience. I’ve inspected your site and I can see valid Site Kit inserted snippets evident. I’ve also checked your site using tagassistant.google.com. While doing so the tags weren’t immediately firing, similar to your testing. Once I accepted the terms from your cookie notice I checked once more and the tags were firing.

As I suspect what’s occurring in your case is users need to accept your cookie policy terms please perform another check using the Analytics real time report, maybe with your Complianz plugin temporarily deactivated.

When performing the check please do so while not logged in, with the default Analytics Site Kit configurations not including logged in traffic.

NOW HOW TO GET THE THINGS RIGHT? which one to check GA4 or UA. Also can i check whether site kit has installed “Tags”, tag manager or not?

The Site Kit dashboards will display data based on your Universal Analytics (UA) snippet. You have both a Universal Analytics snippet and a GA4 snippet active at present, which is normal. We have more information on this on the plugin website, or feel free to ask any questions on this and I’d be happy to assist.

Let me know once you’ve performed a test with your Complianz plugin temporarily deactivated. We can then perform some additional checks if needed. And happy new year!

Yes,i think it’s concerned with cookie notice.
