Not getting all fields value in pdf

I am using WooCommerce – Gift Cards plugin for making gift-card functionality. All the things are working fine except that gift-card pdf doesn’t show the all field’s value like currently it is not Showing sent_to, Message, Expiry date. Please suggest.
